Our support team are skilled, compassionate, and truly care about your care and support to achieve excellence in what we do. Our personalised-care and support plans are designed to align with your individual needs and goals in order to give you choice and control to live an independent life.
The carers are available to support 24/7, in home or at our accommodation.

Can I switch from my current Service provider to Care Centrix?
Absolutely, YES. It is your Choice and Control in order to get quality and confident Support service.
What do I need to do to Switch?
We will support you with all the requirements to understand the Support Service you need, We will work with you to complete any paperwork required and ensure the support service you are expecting is met and beyond all you have to do is CALL us.
Is there any cost for me to switch?
No cost at all to switch. There is no administration fees in joining us.
Is your consultation free?
Yes. Even if you don’t take our services, we will still guide you for your support service requirements.
I am new to NDIS Services. How can Care Centrix help?
We will help you with NDIS Access form, help you with all Functional assessment, engage the relevant therapist, doctors and specialist to complete the NDIS Access form at NO COST.
