Care Centrix Staff are always available. In short notice my daughter is provided with Support. My house is immaculate. My daughter is thrilled at their Day Program. I have dedicated Support Workers from Care Centrix. They know my requirements and routine. I don’t have new workers every second week like the last company. This helps me feel so confident that my care will be fulfilled. They are switched on to ensure my diary is upto date and makes me aware of my appointments. No task is too much if at anyday I need more.
I am glad I made the change. I am thrilled by the support services, Staff and the guidance I receive to access my other Services to live independently. I have access to hydrotherapy as well now with the help of Care Centrix and gained strength in my arms to do some task for myself independently. I love my Support Workers. They treat me as their own.
